食品加工/Food Processing

1、鱗片冰落冰初期溫度達 -7℃，冷卻效果極佳，深具經濟效益。

When flake ice falls, the ice temp. reaches -7℃, which makes good cooling effect.

2、能迅速與冰融合，立即降溫，確保食品品質。

Flake ice can rapidly cool down the products, which ensure the food quality.

肉品加工/Meat Processing

1、鱗片冰乾、鬆，遇水即溶，不會傷及雞、鴨、肉之表皮。

Flake ice is dry and instantly melted in the water, which will not harm the appearance of products.

2、鱗片冰低溫、乾燥不易結成硬塊，利於保存，可運用於夜間或離峰時段。
