接觸式凍結設備特性/Features of Contact Plate Freezer

CF接觸式凍結設備 (1)由於一般接觸式凍結對於加「水」的凍結物品，會因上部有氣袋的產生致使上部凍結不良及凍結時間變長。但是如果不加水，凍結處理時會因為沒有水的增黏性，使凍結物容易分散或泡冰不全，對魚蝦類更容易產生變色及脫水現象。所以一般塊狀蝦凍結法，加水的主要目的是為防止變色及失重。

General type contact freezing is to add water onto the freezing tray to prevent discoloration and weight loss; however, this will cause air bubble and lead to a bad freezing result and also delay the freezing time. Without adding water, the freezing objects will not be wholly covered, which will cause discoloration and dehydration.

 

加水除上述缺點外，亦有凍結時體積膨脹，產生內壓而形成中央突起，造成產品外觀不良之缺點。

Adding water for freezing also causes the expansion of ice, makes the surface uneven.

開拓接觸式凍結機針對凍結蝦加水凍結法，另開發一種專利的導冷片，對於草蝦的凍結更加快速，產品更加平整美觀，而且脫盤更容易。

Pointer has designed a patented chilling conductor called SUPERFIN to overcome all the freezing obstacles.

導冷片之特點/Features of SUPERFIN

  1. 凍結中 (5)1、開拓牌接觸式凍結設備，加上專利的急速導冷片 (新型第24141號)對於塊狀蝦類凍結時間比一般接觸式凍結設備節省三分之一以上 (如圖示)。

  1. 2、加裝導冷片後，塊狀凍結物其上下凍結速度完全一致，故無上部氣袋產生，使產品更加平整美觀。

Freezing speed for all frozen block is uniform; therefore, the surface is flat and good looking.

  2. 3、導冷片之材質為高傳熱鋁合金，傳冷速度相當快，所以脫盤作業時，一接觸到水即將凍結物表面的冰溶解掉，使作業更加快速、便利。

Superfin is made of aluminum alloy, which increases conducting speed. When the plates contact with water, it melts surface ice and speed up the unloading operation. 

  2. 4、因為凍結速度快且上下平均，故更能保持產品的新鮮度。
