Pointer brand continuous block quick freezer (BQF) is suitable for those which need block frozen.

以往塊狀類產品僅可使用接觸式凍結設備(CF) 採批次生產方式加工，雖然凍結效果良好，但是人工搬運成本高、且凍結時間相較之下較長，因此開拓特研發「連續式隧道塊狀物急速凍結設備 BQF」 來改善這些問題。

Contact Freezers are usually used for block freezing by batch. Although the freezing result is good, the cost of labor is high and freezing time is longer; therefore, Pointer invented a “continuous block quick freezer” to improve the defects.

整體採不銹鋼材質，衛生、耐用。使用高效率德國蒸發器與風車， 凍結時間從以往的3小時縮短為90分鐘，凍結品質及效率更好。
BQF is built by stainless steel, good hygiene and durable. By using German high efficiency evaporator and air cooler, the freezing time is shorten from 3 hours to 1.5 hours, which results in better freezing quality and better efficiency.
